Create a new Quest

You can create a new Quest by clicking on "Add new Quest".

This will take you to the quest editing menu. While creating your quest, you can see a preview on the right. To create a quest you will be required to fill in the following information:

Social Quest Description:

  • Title of the quest

  • A short description of the quest

  • Points are awarded to users for completing the quest

  • Customise the Action button (Optional)

  • Add a relevant Link to your quest (Twitter Post link, Twitter Account link, etc.)

  • Recurrence of the quest. Can the user do the quest once or can it be done periodically?

  • Condition: Only users who have connected to certain social accounts or have a specific discord role will be able to do the quest. (Optional)

Currently, the Discord Roles condition only works with Roles created by the DeQuest bot!

  • Secret Phrase: Only users who enter the secret phrase will be able to complete the quest. (Optional)

  • Publication Timer: Setting the timer will publish and deactivate the quest at a specific time and date. (Optional)

After filling out the form you can either send it to draft or publish it right away. Sending it to draft will create the quest but it won't publish it until you decide to. You will be able to see all your drafts under the unpublished quests section Inside your Realm.

Select the type of quest: Social, Identity, General or Tokens. Under each option, there is a description of the quest type and whether you need to provide further details such as links, text, token addresses etc. For more information visit the section.

Note that for Discord quests such as "Join Discord" you need to add the DeQuest Discord bot to your server, otherwise those quests will not work. Check section.
