Add a new Item to the Marketplace

In the marketplace, you can offer rewards to users who have completed your quests. For each quest, they receive game points that they can exchange for goods in the marketplace of the Realm where they earned these points.

To add a new item, click on "Add New Card" and you will be redirected to the "Add New Item" form.

Title, Description and Image

• Enter the "Title" you wish for your reward along with a short description of it.

Note: Remember that it is a good idea to mention in the description if there is a delay between redeeming the item and actually dropping it in the user's wallet.

• Upload a background for your item card.

• Choose a payment method and price.

Distribution Type

• Chose the type of distribution this item will have:

• First Come, First Served: With this type of distribution you can choose the "Amount of Items" and the "End of Sale" date. The sale will end earlier if there are enough buyers to purchase the items before the time runs out.

• Lucky draw: This works like a raffle where users spend their points for a chance of winning the item. For this option, you can also add an "End of Sale" date, "Amount of Items" and "Number of Winners". If you do not include an "Amount of Items" but only specify "Number of Winners" a list of random winners will be generated based on that number from the whole pool of participants.

• Discord Role Sale: Only users who purchase this item from the marketplace will get the Discord role on the Discord server associated with the game's Realm. Check Create Discord Roles for more details. Here you can specify the "Amount of Items".

• Redeem Codes: Allows you to upload a .csv file with codes for users to redeem. When uploading the .csv file make sure that it consists of only one column with all codes that can be redeemed. The maximum length of each code is 255 characters.

Conditions

You can select a condition that users must meet before they can buy this item. (Optional)

Conditions include:

• Connected Accounts: Steam, Discord, Gmail, Twitter, Twitch

• SBTs - SBT rewards people gather from Trophies, Levels, Folders and Leaderboard Tournaments can also be used as a condition to gate marketplace items.

• Quests (any published Quests created inside your Realm).

• Levels (If there are any created levels for this Realm).

• Journeys (if there are any created for this Realm).

• Trophies.

• Wallet Connection: Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Immutable X, Solana, Arbitrum.

• Discord Role - Currently, only works for Roles that are created by the DeQuest bot.

Secret Phrase

1. Similarly to Quests, you can also add a secret phrase for Items on the Marketplace. Only users who enter the right secret phrase will be able to purchase the item. (Optional).

Publication Timer

1. Set a Publication Timer. If you want the item to be published or deactivated at a specific time and date you can use the publication timer to schedule it.

Publish or Send as Draft

• Publish or "Send to Draft" the Item. If you click on "Publish", the Item is immediately available for purchase on DeQuest.io or it will be available on the date you set in the publication timer. If you click on "Send to Draft", the item will be saved in the unpublished section of the marketplace and will not appear on the marketplace until you publish it.
